Yes. We are welcoming inquiries for Summer 2027 and beyond. An inquiry does not reserve a date; event availability must be confirmed with our team and remains subject to occupancy approval and venue readiness.

How are the cocktail room and ballroom connected?
The cocktail room is immediately to the right of the lobby. It has its own bar, connects to a patio space, and leads into the grand ballroom. The ballroom also has a bar in its bottom-left corner on the client-facing first-floor plan.
Can I see the floor plan and construction progress?
Yes. The Venue page includes client-facing layouts, and the Gallery includes real construction and groundbreaking photos alongside clearly labeled architectural renderings.
